Purpose and Objective
Upon completion of the 5-day course, participants contribute in the development, continuous refinement and regular updating of emission inventory of their city.
Target Participants
The target participants of this training workshop are City technical officers coming from the following departments of the City Government:
• environment;
• transport;
• health;
• urban planning;
• industry;
• energy;
• agriculture;
• forestry;
• waste management; and
• sanitation.
Objectives
At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:
1. identify the emission sources (point, area, mobile sources) in their cities;
2. develop an understanding of how computation of emission loading from different sources is conducted; and
3. design a work plan for the establishment of emission inventories in their city.

Participation Fee

Minimum Degree Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree.
