BACKGROUND - Objectives

Assess the existing traffic conditions in the campus through compilation of primary and secondary data.
Design an efficient traffic circulation plan to ensure smooth, safe, and environment-friendly vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian flows.
Identify traffic management measures and alternatives appropriate for the campus to alleviate congestion.
Develop a transportation infrastructure plan for the short, medium and long-term periods.
Recommend policy directions to sustain programs for the short, medium, and long-term plans.
