the Philippines (TSSP).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2590746 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2590746\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1.0<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Definitions<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.1\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cAffiliation Agreement\u201d means the written contract to be<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0signed by and between the Student Organization and TSSP,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0which would provide the detailed terms and conditions of the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0affiliation, and define their relationship.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.2\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cFaculty Adviser\u201d means the faculty member of the Higher<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Education Institution officially designated, appointed, or<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0chosen to provide advice, guidance and support to the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Student Organization in relation to its purpose and activities. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The Faculty Adviser shall be a full-time faculty member of the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Higher Education Institution and shall have been designated,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0appointed or chosen as such according to the requirements<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0and practices of the Higher Education Institution. The Faculty<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Adviser must also be a regular or lifetime member of TSSP.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cHigher Education Institution\u201d means the university or higher <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0educational institution, which has officially registered and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0recognized the Student Organization as a student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0organization therein. The Higher Education Institution should<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0be a state university or duly accredited by the Commission on<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Higher Education (CHED) as a university or higher education<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0institution.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.4\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cOrganization Documents\u201d means the set of formal<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0documents consisting of the constitution, charter, articles of<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0organization, bylaws and\/or equivalent documents serving as<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the highest governing documents of the Student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Organization, which generally include the Student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Organization\u2019s name, address, purpose, structure, officers,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0membership qualifications and internal rules.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.5\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cStudent Organization\u201d means the student organization<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0applying for affiliation with the TSSP.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>2.0<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Policy Declarations<\/strong>. It is the policy of the TSSP to:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.1\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Contribute to the growth of transportation science and the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0development of sustainable transportation systems. It<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0accordingly provides opportunities for the professional<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0growth of its members, and expands the pool of<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0transportation science experts through learning programs,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0researches, and publications;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.2\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Collaborate with students, teachers and institutions in order<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0to generate interest in transportation-related research \u00a0and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0specialization in order to broaden knowledge and the pool of<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0experts;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Affiliate only with student organizations that:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (a)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0have a mission, purpose and philosophy that are<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 aligned with the policies, purpose and values of the TSSP;<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 and<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (b)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0have already been duly organized, established and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 recognized in the Higher Education Institution to which it<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 belongs.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.4\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Establish affiliations that are continuing and dynamic; and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0for this reason, the affiliation with any student organization<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0shall be subject \u00a0to continuing review, adjustment, open<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0communication and collaboration.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>3.0<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Process for Affiliation<\/strong>. A Student Organization wishing to<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0affiliate with the TSSP shall file an application with the TSSP and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0would be evaluated following the requirements and process<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0below.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.1\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Application Requirements. The Student Organization<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0shall submit or deliver the following in support of its<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0application for affiliation:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (a)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0written request for affiliation signed by its duly<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 authorized student representative and Faculty Adviser,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 which shall include:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(i)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0name of the Student Organization, address, contact<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 person\/s and contact number\/s;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (ii)\u00a0 \u00a0 description of the nature, mission, purpose and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0philosophy of the Student Organization;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(iii)\u00a0 \u00a0 name of the Higher Education Institution to which it<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 belongs;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(iv)\u00a0 \u00a0 date of official establishment and recognition of the|<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Student Organization in the Higher Education Institution;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (v)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0complete names of the Faculty Adviser\/s, officers<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 and members with their respective contact numbers;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0(vi)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0list and description of activities conducted since the\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 establishment of the organization; and<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (vii)\u00a0 \u00a0 list and description of activities planned to be<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 conducted in the present and immediately following year.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (b)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0certification from the Higher Education Institution<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 declaring that the Student Organization is officially<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 registered and recognized as a student organization therein<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 as of the date of application;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (c)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0copy of the Organization Documents;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (d)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0payment of application fee of Php 1,000; and<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (e)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0such other documents that TSSP may reasonably<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 request to properly evaluate the application.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.2\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0At its sole option, TSSP may conduct interviews with the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Faculty Adviser, key officers or representative of the Student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Organization in order to clarify or obtain additional<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0information.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Based on the information, documents and interviews<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0conducted, TSSP shall evaluate the application and inform the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Student Organization in writing on whether the application<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0would be approved or denied.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.4\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0If the TSSP approves the application, it shall sign an Affiliation<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Agreement with the Student Organization that provides for<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the detailed terms and conditions of the affiliation. The<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0signing of the Affiliation Agreement shall consummate the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0approval by TSSP of the application for affiliation. The Student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Organization should thus carefully study the Affiliation<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Agreement before proceeding with its application.\u00a0 A copy of<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the Affiliation Agreement is hereto attached as <strong>Annex \u201cA\u201d.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.5\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Post-approval Requirements. If approved and to support its<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0continuing affiliation, the Student Organization shall submit<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0or deliver to TSSP the following within the 1<sup>st<\/sup> month of every<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0academic year of the Higher Education Institution:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (a)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0current Organization Documents of the Student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Organization;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (b)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0activity report of the past academic year, which shall<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0include the description of activities conducted and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0accomplishments;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (c)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0plan of activities for the current academic year, which<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0shall include the current list of officers, members and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Faculty Adviser, contact person and contact<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0information; and<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (d)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0payment of the annual Student Organization affiliation<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0fee of Php 1,000.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>4.0<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Evaluation Criteria<\/strong>. The following constitutes the criteria for<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 approval of application for affiliation and continuing affiliation:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.1\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Alignment of the Student Organization\u2019s purpose and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0philosophy with TSSP\u2019s mission, purpose and values.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.2\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Student Organization is duly organized and validly existing<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0under and by virtue of the policies, rules, regulations,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0requirements, guidelines and practices of the Higher<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Education Institution, and has the authority to conduct its<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0affairs as presently being conducted.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The Student Organization is in good standing with the Higher<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Education Institution.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.4\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0In good standing, with registration and official recognition<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0with the Higher education Institution has not been<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0terminated, cancelled, revoked, suspended, or expired.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.5\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0It has adopted and maintains the Bylaws for student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0organizations, a copy of which is hereto attached as <strong>Annex<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201cB\u201d<\/strong> or one that is substantially similar to it.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.6\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0It has a Faculty Adviser who is a: (i) full-time faculty member<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0of the Higher Education Institution and has been designated,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0appointed or chosen as such according to the requirements<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0and practices of the Higher Education Institution; and (ii)<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0regular or lifetime member of TSSP.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0It has and will maintain at least ten (10) members all of whom<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0are in good standing and currently enrolled in the Higher<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Education Institution.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.8\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Impact of the Student Organization on its members, Higher<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Education Institution, community and transportation<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0professional and scientific community.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>5.0<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Benefits of Affiliation<\/strong>. A Student Organization affiliated with<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the TSSP will enjoy the following privileges subject to the<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Affiliation Agreement to be signed between itself and the TSSP:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05.1\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Use of the TSSP logo for the Student Organization\u2019s official<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0activities and business purposes. When used, the TSSP logo<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0shall always be placed side by side with the name or official<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0seal\/logo of the Student Organization on the Student<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Organization\u2019s letterhead, stationery, documents,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0publications, directories, signages, and website;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05.2\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Access to material resources, facilities, and expertise as may<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0be provided by TSSP; and<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05.3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Preference and opportunity to be invited to, participate in and<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0collaborate with TSSP in transportation seminars,<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0conferences, projects and activities.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p><strong>6.0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Amendments<\/strong>.
