The UP National Center for Transportation Studies congratulates Dr. Jun T. Castro on his reappointment as NCTS Director for another term, from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.

Prof. Castro has served the University for two decades and is currently a Professor under the Transportation Field of Specialization of the UP School of Urban and Regional Planning (UP SURP). As he begins another term at the helm of NCTS, we look forward to his continued leadership in advancing transportation education, research, and professional practice toward safer, sustainable, inclusive, and responsive transportation systems in the Philippines.
