The College Librarian manages the daily operation of the Center’s library. The two significant functions consists of library user services (circulation, references, databases, etc.) and technical services (cataloging, inventory, acquisition, etc.) The NCTS Library is categorized as a special library that concentrates it’s collection of books, journals, theses, dissertations, studies, and reports in land, sea, air, and rail transportation.
