Here’s to announce the addition of two new Star Rating for Schools (SR4S) Quality Reviewers to our team. Join us in congratulating REPS Engr. Julshabar U. Halil and Engr. Cherie Lynne C. Gomintong from our very own Transportation, Environment, and Energy Group (TE&E) for their outstanding achievement in passing the SR4S Quality Reviewers Accreditation Examination by iRAP’s Star Rating for Schools program!

This accreditation is a testament to NCTS’s strong commitment to cultivating a new pool of technical experts proficient in assessing and enhancing school zone safety, not only locally but also on a global scale. Expanding Our Expertise:
With the addition of Engr. Halil and Engr. Gomintong, our SR4S Quality Review Core Team now comprises four members, joining Mr. Glenn Latonero and Mr. Sahid Kamid from the Traffic Engineering and Management – Road Safety Research Laboratory. This expansion strengthens our ability to evaluate and improve school zone safety measures, ensuring that students are protected on their journeys to and from school.
