The TSSP mourns the loss of one of its longtime members. Dr. Herculano “Seng” A. Felias Jr., passed away yesterday. Seng, as he is fondly known by friends, colleagues, and co-workers, was among the pioneers at the then Transport Training Center (later National Center for Transportation Studies). He headed its Computer and Information Systems Division (CISD) until the 1990s when he left UP to pursue a career in consulting. Seng graduated from UP with a degree in Electrical Engineering and later completed graduate studies at the Tokyo University of Science (Rikadai). Here’s a toast to you Seng! You will be missed.
