The Transportation Science Society of the Philippines (TSSP) expresses its condolences to the family and loved ones of Engr. Ruben S. Reinoso, Jr. who was one of TSSP’s incorporators and founding Board of Directors. He was the former Assistant Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority and Undersecretary for Planning and Project Development of the Department of Transportation. Having spent around 50 years of his life in government service, he played a significant role in the judicious evaluation of big-ticket infrastructure projects in the Philippines and contributed to shaping of national policies covering the Power, Transport, Water Resources, and Social Infrastructure sectors.
