PITX Explores Partnership with National Center for Transportation Studies to Enhance Terminal Operations and Management Training

In a significant step towards enhancing their operational excellence, a team from the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), led by Ms. Maria Althea Masangkay, Head of the Human Resource and Administration Department paid a visit to the National Center for Transportation Studies on October 26, 2023. She was accompanied by Arnold Yuson, Terminal Operations Manager, Jacob Llanto, Technical Operations Specialist, and Jay Amor, HR and Administration Officer. The primary agenda of the visit was to explore the development of a comprehensive training program focusing on terminal operations and management.

During this visit, both teams engaged in fruitful discussions, sharing invaluable insights and expertise in the realm of terminal operations. The visit provided a unique opportunity for PITX to present their specific requirements and expectations for the training program while benefiting from the knowledge and experience of the National Center for Transportation Studies.

The National Center for Transportation Studies and PITX will continue to work closely to refine the training program proposal based on the insights and feedback gathered during this visit. Their mutual goal is to create a program that not only addresses the immediate needs of PITX but also contributes to ongoing improvements in terminal operations and management.
